Vasile Cloşcă studied at University of Art and Design, Cluj-Napoca, the Painting section (2005), and from 2010 he is member of the Romanian Fine Artists’ Union.

Vasile Cloșcă attended training courses and professional fellowships at the Accademia di Belle Arte e Restauro Abadir, Italy (2003-2004) and at Volksschule Hameln, Germany (1995-1996).
